WHAT WE READ

They offer a reassuring reminder that we're not alone in our struggles and that others before us have been on a similar path. WHAT WE EAT

Don’t wait till June before you start thinking about that summer body. Aside from working out, opting for mindful food choices not only fuels your day with lasting energy but also improves your overall well-being. If you fancy going a step further, incorporating more plant-based meals into your diet can supercharge your brainpower. By prioritizing fruits and vegetables, you're elevating your intake of complex carbohydrates, water, and fiber, leaving you feeling satisfied for longer stretches.

Remember to steer clear of sugar and resist eating within 2-3 hours of bedtime for optimal digestion and rest. And stay hydrated - if you’re craving something during the day, just have a sip on one of your Tii’s!


WHAT WE LISTEN TO

It’s common knowledge that there’s power in the tongue, so we need to be mindful of the music that we listen to. We need to make sure that we’re filling our ears with frequencies that are going to uplift us. It’s so easy to get carried away with the beat of a song but how often do  you take time out to listen to the lyrics? Turn off the aggressive, depressing songs, we don’t want those negative affirmations. Make a positivity playlist with your friends and fill it with good vibes only!

WHAT WE WATCH

We know they’re addictive but let’s put down the true crime series for a second. If you’ve been having difficulty sleeping or been super stressed lately you might want to go for something funny and lighthearted. It’s also a good idea to avoid the news first thing in the morning as you’re waking up - try easing into your day first, and also super late at night, especially before bed.

WHO WE FOLLOW

Remember, your social media is YOUR space. Don’t be scared to unfollow, in fact embrace the block button. We want to train our algorithm to bring us positive content and things that bring us joy. Unfollow negative gossipy accounts that clog up your feed (unless that’s your jam). That girl that always gives you bad vibes in person but watches your every move on socials? Yeah no need to follow her back. Take inventory of who you follow and remove anything toxic.
