  • Returns or exchanges are accepted for items purchased directly from Pure Persona.

To start the process, please contact our Customer Care team at customerservice@purepersona.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the request.

4. Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.

5. Refunds and Exchanges Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
  • Exchanges will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected. We will promptly ship the replacement items.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

7. Gift Returns:
