Purepersona by Nana® is committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Pure persona by Nana ® purchase, we acknowledge that there are times you may need a replacement or return a product for a refund for varying reasons. If you happen to need any of the aforementioned, kindly take time to read through the conditions.
If you will need to Return your product for a refund or Exchange your product due to several reasons including it being damaged upon receipt, please review the information below;
• Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. • Only cost of product purchased will be refunded. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return and not responsible for lost packages during return.
• You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy).
• Please ensure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund or make an exchange until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise.
• Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
of your refund or exchange.
• Returns will be processed within 10 working days of our office receiving your item
. • All refunds for returns will be credited to the original credit card or mode of payment used at the time of purchase.
NB: Returns must be made within 10 working days (In Ghana) and 30 working days (outside Ghana) from receipt of original product.
Only items purchased on www.purepersona.com or any of our social media platforms may be accepted.
Also, items purchased from www.purepersona.com or our social media platforms cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell Purepersona by Nana products.
